11 zwycięzców NRJ Music Awards zostało ogłoszonych 22 stycznia w Cannes, we Francji. Do domu prestiżowe statuetki zabrali ze sobą m.in. Justin Bieber i Usher! Pomimo tego, że Justin zdobył nagrodę, nie mógł pokazać się na tej imprezie. Oto pełna lista zwycięzców:
